The Clearview Estates neighborhood is located in the Fountain Valley area southwest of Colorado Springs. Fountain Colorado, was voted the nations “All American City” in 2002. The Clearview Estates neighborhood was developed between 1969 – 1999. The neighborhood has a mixture of older and newer homes, many being built during the mid 1980’s.
