The Patty Jewett Neighborhood is located in the Central Area of the City of Colorado Springs and borders the historic Patty Jewett Golf Course. Patty Jewett is one of the citys’ premier historic neighborhoods. Homes in this area were built starting in the 1890’s with building continuing through the 1950’s. An abundance of homes were built during the 1940’s and 1950’s. The Patty Jewett neighborhood is full of unique historic properties and has a broad range of architectural styles that range from the Victorian Era, 1920’s Cottages, 1940’s Craftsman Style Bungalows, and 1950’s ranchers.
