The Soaring Eagles neighborhood is a 250 acre Master Planned Community located in the southeast of the Colorado Springs area. Homes in Soaring Eagles were built between 2004 and 2007 making it one of the newest neighborhoods in this area of Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is comprised primarily of ranchers and two stories built with modern features in mind like open concept floor plans and vaulted ceilings. It is estimated to be between 10 and 15min to Ft Carson, it is mere minutes to Petersen AFB and the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport, while being roughly 20 to 25min to Schriever AFB, and between 20 and 30 minutes to the U.S. Air Force Academy.
