Struthers Ranch Neighborhood
East of the Air Force Academy’s North Gate, located in scenic northern Colorado Springs, the Struthers Ranch area is a newer neighborhood located near the western side of the Gleneagle neighborhood. Struthers Ranch is a more open area and many homes have remarkable views of Pikes Peak and the fabulous Front Range. The Air Force Academy is a very short drive away and can be seen from many homes in the area. Homes in Struthers Ranch are newer, larger, custom and semi-custom single family homes. Many have European-Cottage and Craftsman-Style architecture.
Local schools for Struthers Ranch students are in the acclaimed Academy School District 20. There is a wide choice of shopping areas are close by. They include the Shops at Briargate and the Chapel Hills Mall. There are several department stores and grocery stores within a few minutes drive. Some Northgate residents also find the Monument Marketplace to the north to be another convenient shopping option, and in general, plenty of restaurants, entertainment and recreational activities are within a few minutes reach.
