WOODMOOR
Situated in the northern part of unincorporated El Paso County, Woodmoor straddles the Palmer Divide near the town of Monument. The community of Woodmoor is located 15 miles north of Colorado Springs on the east side of I-25. It is about 15 minutes north of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and is about 45 minutes south of Denver.
Woodmoor consists of scenic homes resting on large lots that are gently set within their forested surroundings preserving the natural flow of the original needle-carpeted landscape. Both forested and open areas attract families who want to mature their children away from the congestion and influence of urban areas.
